This summer Gretchen Bernabei, author, educator, and friend of Next Page, got a first-look at Hudson's chapbook.​ She was so taken by the poems that she shared them, along with related teaching strategies, to a group of almost 100 educators. What a happy moment for NPP, having Ann's exquisite poems find an audience that will take these poems into classrooms!

Here's what Gretchen had to say:  "I’ve never held in my hands a collection of poems that was an absolute page-turner until Glow. I was glad to have my computer next to me, too. Poem after poem filled me with burning questions. What was Radium Dial? What happened to those girls?  Was this dancer real?
